In the Flow with Healing Waters

What exactly is “I AM”?
It’s a place that resides in every human being at the core of who you are. It’s a place that’s not typically talked about because you know it already. It’s whatever you believe in, could be God, could be the Universe, Allah, Jehovah, or whatever is right for you. It’s in everyone, it is love that reaches into the depths of the soul.
When Denise and I were exploring the “I AM”, I was skeptical that people would understand this concept. She was sure everyone would. She said, “Let’s do an experiment and ask a bunch of people…ask your son- I bet he will know”. At the time, my son was 12. I asked him, “Do you know that place in you that just knows things? That place where you know that you are love?” He said, “ Yes,” right away. He didn’t even think twice. I was pretty amazed.
“I AM” is difficult to put into words because it’s a feeling and feelings are hard to describe. Love is difficult to describe, but we all have felt some kind of love in our lives.
Let me do my best to describe the “I AM” feeling. It is a feeling of openness, expansiveness, peacefulness, and love. It is a feeling you get when you are on top of the world or when you have felt empowered within yourself. It’s when everything falls into place, where things just go easy, and when you are in the flow. It’s a place where all is right inside and it ripples out from you to everyone and everything. It is where you have love for all humans, all things, and yourself.
I know, it sounds like a magical place, and it totally is.
Each one of us has the ability to live in “I AM”. Maybe you already can recognize when you have and when you have not.
Once you recognize it, you will be able to call it your “I AM”- and start shifting into that space more and more.
When I first started practicing this, I could recognize when I was in my “I AM”- and then I would be pulled out of I AM(usually by something stressful happening.) I racked my brain asking myself…How can I get back in my “I AM”? Was there something I could do or say? I found it felt like a lot of work trying to figure it out. I struggled.
Let me help you get there faster than I did. It starts from the mind and then felt from the heart. It’s when you remember back to that empowered feeling you had when you bought your first house or rented your first apartment, when you had a baby, when you graduated from school, when you got your first job, first car, etc. Now tap into the feeling of that experience. Because the feeling doesn’t know if it is happening now or happened years ago, you can feel that and you can tap into it at any time. It is a feeling of expansiveness that when you sit and feel into it, it is there.
Try it now, sit, pause, be still, be in the moment, and feel the expansiveness of your “I AM”….it’s waiting for you. You are going to love it!
In the flow,
Susan
