Help your own vagus nerve

This whole month has been about helping clients heal their bodies by taking tension out of the vagus nerve so it can become stronger which helps the body heal faster.  Taking the tension out of the system is what we do at Healing Waters in order to encourage your own innate healing ability.

It’s been fun to see changes in clients by working with the vagus nerve.  People have reported overall less stress, feeling grounded, better eyesight, decreased pain in the body, less anxiety, better sleep, waking up refreshed, lowered heart rate, just to name a few.

If you remember the vagus nerve blog and information about it, the vagus nerve runs to all organs in the body.   It’s the main operator in the body to help us go from sympathetic response (fright/flight/fight/freeze) to parasympathetic response (rest and digest).

Because everyone has different congestion in their body, getting the vagus nerve working better helps in a lot of different ways.  That’s why clients experienced symptomatic improvements with the list of symptoms above.

One of our main goals at Healing Waters is to empower clients and students.

Watch this short video, it is one of the ways we choose to help you, we love supporting and teaching our clients and friends, here are a few simple exercises on toning your own vagus nerve.

Deb, our amazing and very talented concierge is not only amazing at her job, but her previous work role was helping clients with joint mobility and exercise.  When I first discussed with her about the vagus nerve special, she showed me how to exercise my own vagus nerve that focuses on the abdominals.

Here is a video, first you will see if your vagus nerve is toned or weak, click on the link for the exercise to help it become healthier.
