Notice there is this part of you that is free from thought and restrictions. It loves to flow and move.
Most likely, up until now, you have not been told about this part of you. This part is real and has always existed.
Most of your life you have been conditioned and controlled by your fight, flight, freeze, fawn response. It is the reason you react and respond the way you do. The conditioning and response live in the subconscious mind and why you are controlled by fear, anger, worry, sadness, frustration and so on.
These emotions are real, and they oversee and control your life. Once you become aware, they are simply emotions. Emotions (energy in motion) that are controlled from F, F, F, F reaction, (re-action – repeating action – acting in motion), once you know why you are responding you can make the change into your I AM, empowerment. You no longer need to RE ACT.
This removes the embarrassment and shame of your action, allowing you to notice how you are and live from a more intentional and pure I AM expression.
Once you identify this you can begin to change the way you feel, react and respond.
This awareness is the key to unlocking the blocks that keep your I AM from being fully expressed.
Your I AM has always existed and has always been present within you. You lived from here when you were young.You would do whatever you desired to do. You didn’t care what others thought about, or what you were feeling. You didn’t stop yourself from fully feeling and expressing what you were feeling. Whether it was love, sadness, or anger, you let everyone know, and you didn’t hold back or hold on to it. You felt it, expressed it and moved on.
You still tap into this part of you from time to time. Unless you have been doing inner work, you probably respond from your conditioning, hold on to your emotions and make others wrong for the way you are feeling.
When you drop the conditioning and face life from your I AM, it is the feeling of freedom, of expansiveness and no tension. Yet the conditioning of the spirit of I AM has been covered and blocked from its full expression. You know there is something more to life or that something is missing, but you don’t know how to access it. Maybe you have forgotten it even exists and this is the reason for a longing, a feeling like something is missing, or of loneliness.
Can you get it back? Yes, it never left, you lost connection to it, that is all.
Ways to tap into your I AM.
· Be still, meditate
· Be in nature
· Be in present time
· Feel your open heart
· Pause and notice how you are in this moment, still the mind, rest your thoughts and simply feel
· Be aware of HOW you really are in each moment. No judgement, just feel it (When you push down emotion it stays with you longer. Acknowledge and feeling it allows it to dissipate) Watch a young child’s natural way of going from ecstatic to sad then back to ecstatic in a few moments. They do not hold on, until they are conditioned to.
· Acknowledge and feel your emotion and allow it to flow. (do not stop the motion, it gets stuck)
· Understand you are already an amazing human BEING. You are pure love. You don’t have to be discovered, just uncovered. Let your love light shine.
· Let go of any restriction, rigidity of the mind, body, and emotion.
· Feel into the energy of the body being conscious and allowing it to flow. Not making anything happen. Yet being an observer of this intricate part of you.
It is the gift to give yourself, one that lasts your lifetime.
