ANOTHER WAY TO CARE FOR YOUR BREAST

More than likely you or a loved one has experienced breast cancer.

Statistics say that 1 out of 8 women will get this diagnosis.

This past week I was visiting with a friend I had not seen or talked to since before covid.

She shared with me that during that time, she had breast cancer. She had chemo, lost all of her hair (she is now sporting beautiful long locks) and she had 5 lymph glands removed.

She wasn’t questioning WHY she experienced breast cancer, but I was.

When you look at her, she is the picture of health.

She is a healthy person. She eats well, walks every day, and has a passion for many things in her life.

It brought me to share with her the body’s meridian system (like what acupuncturists use in treatments). From the way I am trained and think, I believe western medicine will not find the “cure” for breast cancer until they look at it differently.

The biggest secret lies in the pericardium meridian channel. It starts at the nipple, in acupuncture books the point will be off to the side of the nipple because they cannot needle the nipple.

It then comes up and over to the armpit and runs down the arm to the middle finger, on both the left and right side of the body.

You might be wondering why this matters.

As you may know at HWHC we look at the body electrically.

This means we all have electricity flowing through our bodies all the time. It only stops when we die. Just like we have a heart that beats, lungs that take in air, and each organ functions while we are alive. It is the same with the meridian system.

For each of us, the electricity gets congested, stagnant, or stuck for many different reasons.

When this happens it causes congestion in the organs, muscles, facia, tendons, and so forth. It is not a big deal as the body knows how to release the tension automatically.

However, in some cases, this congestion can cause pain, stiffness, tightness, bladder issues, constipation, or diarrhea. It can also produce tumors, autoimmune issues, and diseases of all kinds.

Here is an interesting thing about how we congest the pericardium. The pericardium is a sac around the heart that protects the heart from any physical blow. If you are in a car accident and the airbag goes off and hits you in the chest, the pericardium protects the heart like a shock absorber. Get this, it also protects the heart from emotional blows, things as the death of a loved one, break-ups, divorce, verbal abuse, and sadness to name a few.

We all protect our hearts from the pain and the kinds of things that happen in life. You don’t want to feel the pain, so the pericardium protects your heart. In a lot of cases, the body knows what to do and we go on with life. We forgive, we find happiness again, and we open our hearts to another.

Your body will automatically discharge extra charge, but if for some reason you can’t relax the tension in the pericardium (you can’t forgive, you hold on to the pain and don’t release the tension) it continues to hold, gets tighter and it becomes congested, stagnant, or stuck, and it starts to form unhealthy cells in the body.

In this situation, the area where the unhealthy cells begin to multiply will be the breast area and cancer grows.

Isn’t it interesting that:

In women, breast cancer lumps are usually found in the upper outer quadrant of the breast. AND THIS IS WHERE THE PERICARDIUM CHANNEL RUNS!

So how do you create healthy breast tissue?
Here is an exercise I learned many years ago in a Spring Forest Qigong class, then again in AcuEnergetics® to increase the energy to flow in your pericardium channel and can help with your breast health.

Using both hands on the same side of the body and at the same time,  place your nipple between your middle and index finger.

Cup your breast with slight pressure, and rotate in a circular motion 32 times. Each hand moves toward the other. Then rotate in the other direction for 32 rotations (away from each other).

Then cup your breasts from the bottom and hold the breast (for as long as you have time).

Also, remember to do your monthly breast exams.

Here is one link for you to check out online. This is not the only one, there are many others too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkPR4ar1EQ4

Schedule your annual mammograms to ensure your breast health.

If you feel you need additional support, our practitioners will support you by opening the pericardium channel to assist in your wellness.

You can also make an appointment to open your pericardium before, during, and after breast procedures.

Information is power, and I am hoping to empower you for better breast health.
